Construction is wrapping up for 1 Newport in North Quincy with leasing now underway. The building will offer 80 apartments in total ranging in size from 468 square foot studios through 956 square foot 2 bedrooms. Amenities will include a rooftop deck with grilling stations, a fitness center, and a terrace area with dog run.
