Construction of Affordable Housing Community Making Progress
Construction of a new affordable housing community in Seminole has progressed and will go vertical in a few weeks. Seminole Square Apartments will offer 96 apartments. The project, being developed by Archway Partners, is a public-private partnership. Archway partnered with Pinellas County, the city of Largo and the St. Petersburg Housing Authority. The apartments, 48 one-bedroom, one bath units and 48 two-bedroom, one bath units, will be available to individuals with an income ranging from 30% to 80% of the area median income.
