Construction of Building Shell Nearly Complete for Western MA Warehouse Addition
Senate Construction has nearly completed work on the warehouse addition to the Teknor Apex facility in Leominster. Structural steel and roofing are complete with the walls sixty percent finished and masonry around fifty percent complete. Senate began design on the 73,400 square foot warehouse in September 2019 and expects the building to be ready for occupancy in just 1 year, this September.
