Construction on 350 Boylston Expected to Kick off in 2020
A Notice of Project Change for Lapse of Time has been filed for the previously approved project at 350 Boylston Street. The 9-story mixed-use building was originally approved in 2009 and now is expected to finally begin construction in the 3rd quarter of 2020. Plans for the approximately 221,000 square foot building remain nearly unchanged with the building to include ground-floor retail and restaurant space, upper-level office space, approximately 150 parking spaces, and an approximately 6,000 square foot fitness center and spa for the building’s office tenants.
