Construction Ongoing for Underground Garage at Seaport Square Block L4
Construction is ongoing for the 2-story below grade parking garage that will sit below the upcoming office building on Seaport Square Block L4. The garage foundation slurry walls will be constructed on two sides, north and east and will serve as temporary earth support during construction. There will no foundation wall on the west and south sides of the project as the garage is intended to connect to future phases of development. Above the garage a 17 story retail and office building to be constructed. The 525,000 square foot building will feature 81,000 square feet of retail space on the first two levels accompanied by 444,000 square feet of office space on the upper 15 levels. The office space will be the future home of around 2,000 Amazon employees.
