Construction Over 60% Complete for New Saugus/Middle High School
Construction is over 60% complete for the new Middle & High School building in Saugus. Exterior work is nearly complete on the project and interior finishing is now underway. The 270,000-square-foot school will have a capacity of up to 1,360 students and include a 12,000 square foot gym, and 750 seat auditorium. Additional plans include a new sports complex and outdoor track, walking paths, outdoor classrooms, and student gardens. The project is expected to be complete in summer 2020.
