Construction Permit Filed For 58-Story Glass Covered Skyscraper, The Villa
A construction permit was recently filed for the site at 710 Northeast 29th Street in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood where developers are planning to build a 58-story mixed-use project called, The Villa. The structure is planned to rise 650 feet tall and offer a total of 358,944 square feet of new construction.
The Villa will offer 60-70 residential units, 16,489 square feet of commercial space, a 7,723-square-foot restaurant, a bay walk, a rooftop helipad, and 193 parking spaces.
Construction is estimated to cost $62,817,300.
