Construction Permit Issued for 224 S. Ashland
A new construction permit was issued for a 5-story, luxury residential building in the West Loop that will include 56 residential units and a ground floor parking garage with 56 spaces. The building will feature a heated garage, rooftop patio and grill and dog run. Foundation work is currently underway on the site.
