Construction Progresses for Major Cargo Hub
Partially completed framework for the Terminal Logistics Center in South Ozone Park is quickly revealing the shape of the final structure. The 300,000+ square foot warehousing hub being developed by Triangle Equities will help serve the cargo logistics demands of major nearby airport, JFK International.
Along with financing from L&B Realty Advisors, Triangle Equities was able to secure an $87 million construction loan from CIT Group. Leading general contractor, Marsh Construction, expects work to complete on the building by January of 2022.
