Construction Progressing at Apartment Community in Riverview, Florida
Framing on Building 1 is well underway as construction moves forward at The Whitt Apartments, a new community in Riverview, Florida. Installation of trusses on the third floor has begun, the framing of Building 2 kicks will start the first week of November and utility work is set to start later November. The multifamily community will add 211 living units. The one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments will range in size from 650 to 1,262 square feet. The apartments will be contained in three four-story buildings. Community amenities will include a pool, courtyard, clubhouse with fitness center, game room, coworking space and a pet wash. The 12.35-acre site is located along Big Bend Road close to I-75.
