Construction Progressing at Bayso Sarasota
Construction crews have made substantial progress, the frame is complete, and the exterior walls are up at Bayso Sarasota, an 18-story condominium development rising in downtown Sarasota. Bayso, located in Quay Sarasota along the waterfront, will offer 149 luxury residences with two and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,600 to 2,500 square feet. Additionally, Bayso features seven penthouses ranging from 2,500 to nearly 4,000 square feet. Community amenities include an elevated resort-style pool and spa deck with inviting cabanas, entertainment areas and outdoor kitchen, 5th Level Splash Lounge that opens out onto the pool deck, state-of-the-art fitness center and glass-enclosed movement studio for personal training or group classes, formal, lobby-level resident club room with catering kitchen and club bar for entertaining, private dog park. Completion is expected in fall of 2023.
