Construction Progressing at County Line Farms Distribution

Construction crews are laying down the concrete slabs at County Line Farms Distribution Park.  The development is a 2.8 million square foot build to suit industrial park located in Plant City, FL., anchored by the recently announced 710,434 SF Class A distribution/logistics facility for Ace Hardware’s Central Florida hub. The park offers a variety of options to best meet any user’s need from 60,000 SF to 1,000,000 SF. The project is located on County Line Road, 1.5 miles south of the I-4 interchange at the boundary of Hillsborough and Polk Counties in what is commonly referred to as the I-4 Corridor. County Line Road is recognized as one of the best logistical locations within the I-4 Corridor and is home to major distribution centers for Amazon, Publix, Home Depot and O’Reilly’s just to name a few.
