Construction Progressing at Industrial Park in Delray, Florida
The final panel was poured, and construction crews will begin tilting the second week of January 2025 as construction moves forward at BBX Park at Delray. The logistics facility in Delray, Florida will be comprised of three buildings totaling over 600,000 square feet on an approximately 40-acre site. The initial phase of the project will be construction of an approximately 200,000 square foot building, with plans to construct the two additional buildings in the future. The development plans for BBX Park at Delray allow for the division of space into smaller units, with each of the planned three buildings expected to accommodate spaces as small as 50,000 square feet.
