Construction Progressing at Industrial Park in Orlando
As January winds down, substantial progress has been made at Constellation Air Commerce Park, an industrial park in Orlando, Florida. The wall and steel erection are nearing completion on Building 100. Crews are preparing to erect the walls and steel on Building 200 and foundation work is underway on Building 300. The park will offer 972,079 square feet of space contained in three buildings. Building 100, a 232,497-square foot rear load (220’ depth) building, will have a 36’ minimum clear height, 60’ speed bay, 52’ typical width, 315’ shared truck court, 35 trailer parking spaces, and 232 parking spaces. Building 200, a 456,002-square foot cross-dock (480’ depth) building will have a36’ minimum clear height, 60’ speed bay, 54’ typical width, 185’ truck court, 105 trailer parking spaces, and195 parking spaces. Building 300 , a 283,580-square foot rear load (260’ depth) building, will have a 36’ minimum clear height, 60’ speed bay, 52’ typical width, 315’ shared truck court, 35 trailer parking spaces, and 284 parking spaces. The location offers immediate access to Orlando Int’l Airport, proximity to State Road 528, Florida Turnpike, State Road 417 provides excellent East to West and North to South connectivity throughout adjacent communities as well as the Orlando MSA.
