Construction Progressing at Logistics Center in Pinellas Park
Construction crews have been busy at Mid-Pinellas Logistics Center in Pinellas Park. The facility is on track for delivery in Q3 2023. The rear-load 32-feet tall, 110,700 square-feet facility features 18 dock-high doors, two drive-in ramps and includes 14 trailer parking spaces and 152 auto parking spaces. Located on 150,000-sqaure foot site, the location is approximately 2.5 miles from I-275, less than 14 miles from Tampa International Airport with easy access to Gandy Boulevard and US 19.
