Construction Progressing at Naples Beach Club

Three cranes are site as construction moves along at Naples Beach Club. Significant progress has been made, interiors are progressing on Level 2 of Building C. Buildings A & B have reached Level 5 with their elevated concrete decks and will top out in September 2024. Building E, the mixed-use Four Seasons hotel and residential building, has its first elevated deck poured. The 125-acre destination resort and residential beachfront development will take the place of the historic Naples Beach Hotel, which dates to the 1940’s.  Demolition of the previous building made way for the new 216-room Four Seasons hotel which will include a wide range of amenities, in addition the resort will offer 150 beachfront and golf-side condos.  Plans call for the renovation of HB’S on the Gulf and the Sunset beach bar, a conference center and golf course.  The Naples Beach Club will also feature a “Market Square” for its guests, residents and neighbors that will include a cinema, a kids’ club, a restaurant with bowling lanes and the resort’s spa and fitness facilities. Naples Beach Club is scheduled to open in late-2024.
