Construction Progressing at One Main Plaza in Sarasota
The pillars of the ground floor are in place and a high-rise crane has arrived on the site at One Main Plaza, a new mixed-use development in downtown Sarasota. The project features two 10-story towers with approximately 55,000 square feet of ground floor retail space, divided equally between the two towers and 418 luxury apartments. The retail space will offer approximately 376 feet of frontage on Main Street and 630 feet of storefront facing Links Avenue and additional frontage on Fruitville Road. The new development is replacing the now demolished Main Plaza.
