Construction Progressing at The Edge Collective in St. Petersburg
Vertical construction has made progress at The Edge Collective, a mixed-use development in downtown St. Petersburg’s Edge District. The centerpiece will be a 163-room Moxy Hotel by Marriott. The Moxy, to be built on Central Avenue, a rooftop pool, restaurant and bar, as well as lobby bar, coffee shop and retail space. The existing four-story 17,000 square foot building located next to the site of the Moxy will be refurbished and the two buildings will be joined by an outdoor garden and retail area. The Moxy is projected to open in 2023.
