Construction Progressing at The Jack on Beach
Construction crews are making progress at The Jack on Beach apartment community. The land has been cleared and some of the pillars are up. The community will sit on a 10.06-acre site located on Beach Boulevard in Jacksonville, Florida. The 295-unit development will consist of three 4-story apartment buildings and a 2-story carriage house building with two townhome units and six garages. The development will also include a leasing office and amenity space complete with clubrooms, coworking spaces, a lounge, a game room, and a fitness and yoga center. Outdoor living spaces will offer a resort-style pool surrounded by two pergolas, a gas fire pit, and two outdoor kitchen areas with gas grills. The market rate community will also have a bike pavilion, maintenance building, dog park, and scenic walk around its three ponds. Completion is expected in Q3 2024.
