Construction Progressing at The Parian Luxury Apartments
Construction is moving forward at the Parian Luxury Apartments, the exterior of the buildings is complete and the frame of the pool is in place. The community will offer 363 luxury apartments, a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 684 to 1,548 square feet. The resort-style amenities will include a saltwater pool with a cabana, Wi-Fi, sun shelves, and grill areas, social lounge with a TV, two-story fitness center with cardio, resistance, free weights, and a yoga room. Residents will also enjoy our cyber lounge, movie theater, clubhouse kitchens with lounging areas, gourmet coffee and hot tea bar, juice bar, pet spa, conference room, and two private offices. The community is located in Riverview in close proximity to multiple shopping, dining and entertainment venues with easy access to Big Bend Road and I-75.
