1395-1405 Washington St Update 07/18/24

Construction Set to Kick Off For South End Development

A permit valued at $9,225,798 has been pulled to begin work on a 6-story mixed-use building planned for 1395-1405 Washington Street in Boston's South End. A recent visit to the site showed demo of the former 1 story commercial structure on the site was complete. The new project will include 33 residential units with ground-floor retail/restaurant space and a common roof deck.
