Construction Set to Kick Off Next Month For Kite House at The Park at Walter Reed
Hines, Urban Atlantic & Triden Development Group have closed on the land and construction financing for the upcoming Kite House project within The Parks at Walter Reed with construction expected to start in October. Grosvenor Americas provided financing for the acquisition with Bank OZK providing construction financing. The new building will include 109 condos, 11,000 square feet of retail space, coworking space, a fitness center, and an indoor-outdoor lounge.
