Construction Showing Progress at AER Tampa
Construction on AER Tampa has shown progress since ground was broken in May as concrete pillars have been put into place. AER Tampa is a 33-story development located at 300 West Tyler Street in downtown Tampa. It will be composed of 344 residential units, which will be available in eleven studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom floor plans. The development will also include a separate structure with 13,688 square feet of ground-level retail space and a parking garage with 514 spaces above the retail space. Completion is expected in 2024.
