Construction team puts finishing touches on their first transit-oriented development
The project team in Richmond, VA is putting the final touches on the first-ever transit-oriented development to serve this community. At 12 stories tall with 168 units and 428 beds, this new development features a post-tensioned concrete podium with a load-bearing prescient metal framing system. Additionally, Ascend RVA will provide upscale amenities, including an outdoor terrace area and swimming pool, fitness room, lounge areas, and a second-floor indoor-outdoor space. Counting down the days until the team turns the building over this summer!
