Construction to Begin on 1.2M SF Allston Yards, GC Named
WJG Realty Company, LLC has sold Arsenal Yards to for $51,500,000 as development begins on the project. Approved in 2019, the 1.23-million-square-foot redevelopment of the 11-acre Stop & Shop supermarket will feature 868 residential units across 4 mixed-use buildings off Everett Street in Allston.
has chosen as general contractor for the first building of the project.
