Construction to Begin on 16-Unit Riverside Residences in East Providence
has secured a building permit valued at $1,280,000 for 336 Bullocks Point Avenue in Riverside, RI, kicking off construction of an approved multifamily project. Named "The Residences at Riverside Square" plans call for a 3-story development featuring 16 residential units next to the Riverside RIPTA stop facing Riverside Square in East Providence.
