Construction to Begin on 200-Unit+ Morrissey Blvd Project
A building permit valued at $65,495,821 has been issued to 780 Morrissey Boulevard in Dorchester, kicking off construction of the project. Approved in January, plans call for a 6-story, 206-unit residential building. The 179,435 SF development will include a parking garage containing approximately 130 off-street spaces and a surface parking area of approximately 6 off-street spaces.
