249 Corey Road Update 11/04/21

Construction to Begin on 34 Units in Brighton

A $6,000,000 building permit has been issued to 249 Corey Road, kicking off development of the project. Plans call for a 4-story multifamily project featuring 34 apartments above a 33 space parking garage.
