Construction to Begin on 45-Unit Affordable Housing Project in Brookline
has been selected as general contractor for 108 Centre Street in Brookline as construction on phase 1 of development is set to begin. Plans call for an all-affordable 45-unit apartment building at 108 Centre Street dedicated to seniors and a market-rate 80-100 unit apartment building at 120 Centre Street, also dedicated to seniors.
