Construction to Begin on Approved 400,000+ SF Lab in Somerville
A building permit has been issued to 74 Middlesex Avenue in Somerville as construction is set to begin on the approved lab project. Named "74M", plans to build 465,000 SF of Class-A lab space across a 16-story tower adjacent to the Northern Expressway.
