Construction to Begin on Long-Approved JP Residential Project
A construction permit valued at $10 million has been issued to 211 Green Street, kicking off development of the approved 3353 Washington Street project in JP. Plans call for nearly 50 residential units and 2,000 SF of ground-floor retail space on the corner of Washington and Green streets in Jamaica Plain.
