Construction to Kick Off this Month for Lab/Office Project in Waltham
Construction of a new, state-of-the-art laboratory/office facility at 300 Third Avenue in Waltham is on track to begin in June 2020. When complete, the project is planned to be a 139,570 square foot first-class life science building prominently situated along Route 128.
300 Third Avenue will include four stories of parking and four stories of flexible and customizable office and laboratory space with a spacious penthouse for robust mechanicals. The building will have 35,000 square feet of rentable space per floor, with 441 on-site parking spaces. Designed to high sustainability standards, the project is expected to achieve LEED Gold certification. 300 Third Ave is working with WiredScore to pursue Wired Certification, the global standard for digital connectivity in Commercial Real Estate. The project is targeting to be ready for tenant build-out by mid-2021.
