218-220 Old Colony Avenue Update 10/17/22

Construction to Start on Approved South Boston Multifamily

A construction permit valued at $7,000,000 has been issued to 218-220 Old Colony Avenue in South Boston, kicking off development of a multifamily project. Plans call for 32-unit residential units, 1,700 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, and a 33 space parking garage.
