Construction Topped Out on North Tower at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens
Construction crews have topped out at the North Tower and are forming up the roof of the East Tower. Construction is on track for move-ins scheduled for Q1 2026. The development is situated on an 11-acre site with 850 feet of frontage along Intracoastal Waterway and will include 106 units across three buildings, as well as a 29-boat slip marina.
