Construction Tops Out at Mixed-Use Towers in Tampa Heights
Vertical construction is complete on a new mixed-use project in Tampa Heights that will add 320 apartment units. Located along Florida Avenue, just north of downtown Tampa, the seven-story building will also offer 11,000 square feet of retail space. The apartments will be a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedrooms. A parking garage will include 593 parking spaces and a rooftop pool.
