Construction Underway at Aura at Metropolitan Naples
Construction has commenced at Aura at Metropolitan Naples. The luxurious and beautiful 15-story tower is the second tower at Metropolitan Naples. Aura will feature 56 residences on the upper floors with a first level residential lobby and boutique retail. The two, three and four-bedroom residences will include private, secured parking. Construction has started on Ascent, the first building of the new mixed-use development located on a 5.3-acre parcel at the intersection of Fifth Avenue South and Davis Boulevard in Naples. Ascent, a 15-story residential tower with retail spaces and the residential lobby on its first level, will offer 270 residential units. Completion of Ascent is expected in 2024. The development will feature three luxury/retail towers, including Ascent and Aura. A third tower will be announced at a later date.
