Construction Underway at East Bank Apartments in Aurora
Site excavation has begun for East Bank Apartments at 100 N. Broadway in Aurora. The $90 million, 5-story affordable housing development will deliver 258 residential units, 314 parking spaces and over 27,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space. Amenities include an outdoor atrium that will cascade, through trails and green spaces, down to the Fox River. The property will also feature a resort-style pool, fitness center and outdoor seating.
