Construction Underway at Harborwalk Apartments at Plymouth Station
Delphi Construction has started construction of Harborwalk Apartments at Plymouth Station. The first phase of the project will feature a 4-story building to include 155 apartments. In total the development will feature four, four story apartment buildings on 11 acres. Amenities will include an outdoor pool, a roof deck overlooking the ocean, dog wash and dog run, fitness and yoga spaces.
On August 21st, a ceremonial groundbreaking was held with Gov. Charlie Baker, representatives of Plymouth town government, the project owners and other key stakeholders in attendance. Delphi has completed site prep and is currently laying foundations. Work on this building is expected to be complete in the summer of 2019.
