Construction Underway Peninsula Sarasota on Golden Gate Point
Ground has been broken and construction is underway at Peninsula Sarasota on Golden Point in downtown Sarasota. The new condominium community is planned to include 23 residences across two buildings connected by a common amenity platform and gated parking garage below. The buildings are designed with one or two residences per floor, overlooking Sarasota Bay, Marina Jack and the downtown skyline. Amenities at the pet friendly community include a resort style pool, state of the art fitness center, rooftop residents’ lounge, and community room for events. The buildings on the site have been demolished.
