Construction Underway at Sovereign at Town Center
Construction crews have made substantial progress at a new apartment community rising in Davenport. Sovereign at Town Center will offer 360 apartment units contained in 14 buildings. The one, two and three-bedroom units will average 1,092 square feet. Community amenities include a clubhouse, media center, movie theater, game room, billiards room, golf simulator, fitness center, private garages, tennis court, golf simulator and dog park. The community is phase one of a three phase project developed by Sovereign. Phases two and three will include retail space and an additional 350 residential units. Completion of phase one is slated for January 2023.
