Construction Underway at Woodyard Station
The project at Woodyard station, consisting of affordable housing and senior housing buildings have been framed and windows and roofs installed.
Currently, the building is having brick veneer and Hardie siding put in place, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-in is underway, according to a post from CCG Residential Construction.
The multi-family building is also being insulated while the senior building is being pre-rocked.
Next on the schedule is asphalt paving of the parking lot and installing drywall in the multi-family building.
