Construction Underway for 13-Story Mixed-Use in Jersey City
Construction has kicked off for a 13-story residential project at 221 Grove Street in Jersey City. Developed by , it will be known simply as "One Grove".
A large majority of the structure is set to contain rental apartments, with units planned. These will be offered in studio, one, two, and three-bedroom configurations. Not included in this number, the 2nd floor of the building will have additional units, which are to be rented out as hotel rooms. Tenant amenities will include a rooftop deck, a fitness studio, and co-working areas.
The building will also have square feet of ground-floor retail, and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles. Designed by Marchetto Higgins Stieve Architects, and Archilier Architecture, One Grove will stand feet tall and total square feet.
