Construction Underway for 33-Story Tower in Jersey City
Developer and general contractor, , has started construction on a 33-story tower project, located at 151 Bay Street in Jersey City's Powerhouse Arts District.
The tower will contain residential units and square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles.
This project comes as the third of four phases for Provost Square, a multi-building development that will bring 950 new apartments, 40,000 square feet of retail space, and a 26,000 square foot public plaza to the area.
Designed by , 151 Bay Street will stand approximately feet tall. Exact building measurements for this phase of the development aren't available at this time, but construction is estimated to finish by February of 2024.
