Construction Underway for Alexandria Office to Multifamily Conversion
Lowe & USAA Real Estate have announced construction is underway for the conversion of the 2 office buildings at 3101 Park Center Drive and 4401 Ford Avenue to apartments. Beginning in July a series of permits have been pulled for the project. The 14-story story buildings will be converted to over 400 apartments. The project will also include new exterior cladding for a modern building design.
