Construction Underway for Phase 1 of Bryant St. Development
With $200M in financing wrapped up in May, construction is now underway for Phase 1 of the Bryant Street project in Northeast DC. This first phase will include 487 residential units spread across three mid-rise buildings along with the 9 screen Alamo Draft House theater and an additional 38,000 square feet of retail.
The development is located at the nexus of four growing neighborhoods: Edgewood, Eckington, Brookland, and Brentwood and also offers easy access to the Metrorail Red Line Station. Phase 1 is expected to open in Spring 2021.
