Construction Underway for Small Bed-Stuy Rental Project
Work is underway on a small, 4-story residential development, going up at 1437 Hancock Street in Brooklyn's Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood.
Developed by , and constructed in-house under the name, Britt Realty LLC, the building will contain just rental apartments. Plans also call for a cellar level and a rear yard space.
Designed by Olivera Grk, a Principal and Project Director at , the structure is set to stand feet tall and will total square feet. Work was originally supposed to complete this past summer, but will now likely finish sometime in the coming months.
