225 Vine St. NW Update 12/09/21

Construction Underway for Takoma Park Co-Living Project

Work is officially underway for the new five-story, co-living space, at 225 Vine Street NW in Washington, D.C! Located in historic Takoma Park, the once contractor’s office will soon become a 56,000 square foot co-living facility with 28 units, 155 bedrooms, and 139 bathrooms. Units will range from 4-6 bedrooms and 3-6 bathrooms – pre-furnished with a washer and dryer, kitchen, and common living area.

There will be two amenity-rich entertainment spaces complete with a communal rooftop patio. Parking space will be available on the first level. The building features an air handling unit in every unit, hands-free entry doors, and a green roof. This project will be a LEED Certified project.

“The Plano-Coudon team is excited about this opportunity to partner with Outlier, Montage Development Group, Rosewood Strategies and Square 134 Architects on this important project,” said Senior Project Manager, Grant Cunningham. “This is one of our larger multi-family family projects in Washington D.C., and we are thrilled to be developing our roots as a multi-family builder in the area.”

225 Vine Street NW is expected to complete in Spring 2023!
