Construction Underway on 1.5+ Million SF Somerville Labs
A plumbing permit has been issued to 5 Middlesex Avenue as begins vertical construction on the Assembly Innovation Park in Somerville. A planned Class-A office/lab research park at the northern edge of Assembly Row, the Assembly Innovation Park will feature nearly 2 million SF of mixed-use floorspace across three new high rises.
