Construction Underway on 325 Binney Street in Cambridge
Foundation construction is underway on 325 Binney Street in Cambridge. The future-focused building will offer maximum flexibility of use, wellness, and personal choice of circulation. The building will also include a two-story, below-grade parking garage with space for 286 vehicles and long-term bicycle parking for 88 bicycles in a dedicated bicycle room on the first floor. As part of the project, Alexandria is funding the design and construction of a 1,800-foot linear segment of the Grand Junction Multi-Use Path that extends between Binney Street and Cambridge Street, recently acquiring property nearby for this project.
