Construction Update: 121 Broadway
Site and foundation work are ongoing for what will be the tallest building in Cambridge, 121 Broadway, in Kendall Square. Set to rise over 450 feet the all-electric tower will feature 439 luxury apartments. Amenities will include a family lounge with a treehouse play structure an active lounge, fitness options, co-working space, dog run, and terrace on Level 6 along with a garden lounge, library, entertaining kitchen, and views to Downtown Boston, Back Bay, and beyond from a sky deck on Level 37.
